Maintain timekeeping and QuickBooks databases by inputting, organizing, updating information weekly.
The ideal candidate MUST possess:
3 years of relevant experience with bookkeeping.
General knowledge of accounting principles Demonstrated solid experience and mastery of Excel and QuickBooks Team player attitude is essential.
Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently Experience in a Bilingual-Spanish speaking environment preferred.
